حَيَّ عَلَى الصَّلَاة

Hayya ʿala-ṣ-ṣalāh. Come to prayer.

Come back
to prayer.

Hayya is a quiet, private salah companion for iPhone. It keeps your prayer times, pauses the scroll when the adhan calls, and never makes you feel small for starting over.

Hayya home screen: a 47-day Salah Nur streak inside an eight-point star, the time until Asr, and today's prayers ready to log

Almost nobody decides to stop praying. It happens quietly. A Fajr you slept through. A Dhuhr lost to a meeting. A phone that's always closer than the prayer mat.

Then one day it's been months, and coming back feels heavier than it should.

Hayya was made for coming back.

Sound familiar?

Five moments that pull us away from salah.

If one of these is you, you're exactly who Hayya is for. Here's what the app does in each of them.

It's been a while

You used to pray all five. Somewhere between work and everything else, it became Jumuʿah, then Eid.

Start with one prayer. Every salah you log earns Hasanat, and your streak begins with the first one. The Qada tracker lets you make up the past at your own pace, one prayer at a time.

Salah Lock pauses the apps you choose when the prayer window opens. Log the prayer and they're back.

You slept through Fajr again, and now Dhuhr feels pointless.

Tawbah Tokens protect your streak once a week. A missed prayer goes on your Qada list instead of wiping out a good month.

Your period ends, and your streak app tells you that you failed for a week.

Haid Mode quietly pauses your streak. No penalty, no label, and Salah Lock steps aside too. Nothing leaves your phone.

You took your shahada last year, and you still aren't sure what you're saying in sujood.

Learn to Pray walks through all nine stages, Niyyah to Tasleem, in Arabic, transliteration and meaning. A 12-lesson Revert Journey covers wudu and each prayer.

قُلْ يَا عِبَادِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا عَلَىٰ أَنفُسِهِمْ لَا تَقْنَطُوا مِن رَّحْمَةِ اللَّهِ

“Say: O My servants who have transgressed against themselves, do not despair of the mercy of Allah.”

Surah Az-Zumar · 39:53

This ayah is the brief behind every screen in Hayya. There are no guilt notifications and no red numbers. A missed prayer is something to make up, not a reason to give up.

What is Salah Lock?

You can choose Shafi'i or Hanafi Asr timing and adjust any prayer by up to five minutes to match your local mosque. Your location is never sent to a server.

A private toggle that pauses your streak during menstruation. There is no penalty and no label, Salah Lock steps aside, and nothing is shared beyond your own device. It's off by default.
